# Community Oven & DAO

**1. Virtual Conference: BitcoinPizza Day Celebration**

BitcoinPizza is set to host its first annual virtual conference on BitcoinPizza Day, leveraging this iconic date to bring together the crypto community. The event aims to highlight the evolving landscape of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology with a special focus on decentralized finance (DeFi). Scheduled to feature keynote speeches and panels with leading figures in the crypto world, the conference seeks to foster discussion, collaboration, and innovation among enthusiasts and experts alike. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to receive airdrops of BitcoinPizza’s native token, $BTCP, enhancing engagement and offering tangible value to participants.

**2. Launch of PizzaDAO**

Following the virtual conference, BitcoinPizza plans to launch the inaugural version of "PizzaDAO". This decentralized autonomous organization marks a significant step towards democratizing decision-making within the BitcoinPizza community. Token holders will be granted voting rights, allowing them to influence the direction of future developments. Decisions on potential token utilities, strategic partnerships, and even whimsical yet crucial aspects like new token features (affectionately referred to as “toppings”) will be subject to community votes. This initiative not only empowers the community but also ensures that the ecosystem evolves in alignment with the preferences and interests of its members.

These initiatives in Q4 are designed to solidify the community’s role in shaping the future of BitcoinPizza, making it a truly community-driven project. The virtual conference and the launch of PizzaDAO are expected to increase both engagement and token utility, thereby strengthening the network and enhancing the value proposition of $BTCP.
